ABOUT

Erin LaFavor

I'm an experienced, senior-level designer with an extensive background in campaign ideation, branding, digital content, print solutions, and events. Driven by the success of my clients, partners, and teams; I'm a trusted consultant for brands looking to enhance their visual identity and messaging through compelling marketing initiatives and engaging creative strategies.

In addition to my design services, I’m a graphic design adjunct professor in higher education. Within this role, I manage the course curriculum, project expectations, as well as lecture on graphic design principles, branding, leadership, business innovation, and collaboration. I work with graduating seniors to develop their thesis projects as well as incoming students to develop their foundational design skills.

I’m inspired by the modern lines of design pioneers like Paul Rand, and also echo design styles from contemporary artists like Anna Bond of Rifle Paper. Truly though, nature is my greatest inspiration. With an unlimited color pallet and exponential shapes and forms, most of my designs and illustrations are born from walks in the wild.

Through my experience, I’ve cultivated not only proficient design skills, but also teamwork, leadership, and client service skills. I have extensive knowledge of the Adobe CS as well as small and large format printing. I completed my Master’s of Professional Studies in Design Management in 2019, where leadership and team building were at the foundation of the program. Driven by the design thinking process, I use a human-centered design approach to delivering creative solutions.
